So yes I know it has been MONTHS since my last post. And I would love to say that I have this fantastic excuse, but I do not. Well I do, but nothing really far fetched and crazy that will have you o0o0o0o-ing and Aaaaaah-ing. Or maybe it will, I will let you be the judge.
So pretty much my reason for the hiatus is due to early trimester yucky and laziness. Yup! Falcon baby #3 is well on the way, I am 15 weeks and I am slowing itching out of the icky feelings. Although in true Prego-Yvette fashion my little person inside makes their presence known every couple of days. I am convinced that they do that just so I don’t forget there is someone growing in there, in case you know the bulging bump does not remind me.
But yes- we are expecting again. And we really are just as excited as we were the first and second time around. I know its crazy, the whole baby newness should have worn off—but it hasn’t. And I am glad. I relish being pregnant, which from what I am hearing not too many women do. But I do— I honest to goodness love the idea of having a baby growing in my belly and cannot wait to start getting those swift head bunts in the bladder! All kidding aside, as sick as I usually feel I still enjoy being pregnant. And I LOVE seeing my belly grow, the feeling of a miracle growing inside, ::sigh:: every aspect makes me smile.
**And in case you don’t already know... it is another B-O-Y!** We were hoping for a little baby girl this time around, but are (with out a doubt) excited just the same!

As for me, for the first couple of weeks I was feeling down right like poo and avoided cake orders (and anything else which required cooking, cleaning, laundry etc) like the plague. I have started to try my best to get back into the swing of things. I started cooking again recently. I have had the pleasure of working on a few cakes recently that looked unbelievable!
There has been lots of other recentness, but the laziness is beginning to kick in so I am just going to go with the easy route and post a bunch of pictures and convince myself that it will be suffice. :)
